The Marin Association of Realtors opposes efforts to recall Marin County Supervisor Susan Adams.

As noted in the motion that was approved by our Board of Directors on June 25, there appears to be no egregious reason for the recall and a recall election would impose an unnecessary financial burden on the County of Marin.

Over the years, Supervisor Adams has been a supporter of key policy issues that are important to Realtors. Although elected officials must face the voters on a regular basis, we see no compelling reason for others to seek her removal from office in a special recall election.
